Site Supervisor / Manager

A prominent consulting firm specializing in the engineering and construction sector is on the lookout for a SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR / SITE MANAGER. This role will focus on delivering exceptional services for the Southern Portfolio, with the position based in East London / King Williams Town, EASTERN CAPE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and oversee the completion of the main civil and building works at Pembroke.
Monitor and direct contractor activities, liaising with the Project Manager, Local Community Forums, and other stakeholders as required.
Perform regular inspections of the construction site.
Identify potential safety hazards and manage them accordingly.
Manage orders and deliveries of building materials.
Assist project managers with planning work activities.
Complete site reports and other records.
Attend site management meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Ten (10) yrs NTD, Five (5) yrs ND, Three (3) yrs BSc / Btech Electrical/ Civil/Mechanical qualification.
Ten (10) yrs NTD Elec/ Civil Site Supervisory / Management experience within the Power & Renewal Energy Industry.
