Site Supervisor

Introduction:
Our client that has a national footprint that specializes in the innovative operation and management methods of coal fired Boiler plants on behalf of Industrial users is looking for a Site Supervisor.
 
Position Overview:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the daily operations and maintenance activities that includes capturing and analysing production data, monitoring of fuel stock and boiler house metrics and efficiencies, client liaison and daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements: Matric / Grade 12Electrical, Mechanical of Millwright qualification.Management experience will be an advantage.Administrative, data capturing and filing skills.Trend and graph interpretation skills.Working knowledge and experience in the application of maintenance systems.Working knowledge and experience in of procurement procedures.Willing to undergo further training or studies.Impeccable command of English (Speak, read, write). Key Responsibilities: Proven ability to solve problems. Have a focused approach to mitigating risk.Good interpersonal skills.Motivated by challenging circumstances.Be a self-starter and take initiative.Excellent time and project management skills.Positive and proactive engagement.Energetic attitude.Strong communication skills.
