Purpose Of The Job
The successful candidate will represent the interests of the industry and producers, ensure the implementation of the company's mission, vision, and strategy, and lead the organization towards achieving short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
Required Qualifications
Tertiary Education (MSc/MA in Business Administration and/or Agric. Economics or similar)
Technical Competencies & Experience
Min of 10 years experience as a CEO or relevant senior role.Budget development and implementation.Knowledge and understanding of the Citrus market and industry.Knowledge of international trade policies.Provide leadership and direction to the top management team.Work closely with the COO and the management team structure and succession planning.Drive industry transformation initiatives.Manage key stakeholder relationships and communication.Ensure corporate governance and compliance.Oversee market access and development.Analyse problematic situations and provide solutions for survival and growth.
