Site Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Construction.
Must have a valid driver's license with PDP.
Must be medically fit.
Must have knowledge of construction methods.
Must be able to interpret drawings and compile a material list.
Reside near Parow Industria.
South African Citizenship.

Responsibilities:

Work in conjunction with the project manager on site to ensure successful execution of all construction related works.
Ensure that the sequence of activities on site is best to achieve the earliest completion date.
Monitor program of works, planning, executing, managing civil, erecting, electrical and plumbing works and ensuring that services are done on time within the budget.
Manage and record all hired plants, goods and equipment efficiently and accurately.
Additional driving duties as assigned by the fleet department.
Supervise the workers on the site and ensure they complete their daily duties.
H&S Responsibilities - as per the company's policy.
