Site Manager Our client is a leading supplier in the construction industry, specifically focused on steel structures and related products.

Salary: R12 000 – R16 000 (Depending on experience) Working Hours: 07h00 – 16h00 (Under normal circumstances) Location: Vaal Triangle Benefits: Company Vehicle + Incentives Minimum Qualifications And Experience Matric or N3 qualification (preferably with a technical background).
Valid Code 8 Driver's License.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in steel construction.
Main Responsibilities Ensure the safe transportation of personnel to and from the site.
Supervision of the site and workforce, including monitoring pace, quality, and time management.
Maintain punctuality and cleanliness of workers, self, and the site.
Effective management of equipment, materials, and workers on-site.
Continuous communication with management regarding goals and deadlines.
Direct communication with clients or their representatives.
Development and implementation of effective problem-solving solutions.
Ensure constant presence on the site.
Maintain safety standards on the site and among workers.
Comprehensive knowledge of steel and related products.
Unique Challenges Unpredictable weather conditions and out-of-town work, including long-distance travel, such as working in other provinces.
