Our client offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Salary: R12 000 – R16 000 (Depending on experience)Working Hours: 07h00 – 16h00 (Under normal circumstances)Location: Vaal TriangleBenefits: Company Vehicle + IncentivesMinimum Qualifications And ExperienceMatric or N3 qualification (preferably with a technical background).Valid Code 8 Driver's License.A minimum of 3 years of experience in steel construction.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safe transportation of personnel to and from the site.Supervision of the site and workforce, including monitoring pace, quality, and time management.Maintain punctuality and cleanliness of workers, self, and the site.Effective management of equipment, materials, and workers on-site.Continuous communication with management regarding goals and deadlines.Direct communication with clients or their representatives.Development and implementation of effective problem-solving solutions.Ensure constant presence on the site.Maintain safety standards on the site and among workers.Comprehensive knowledge of steel and related products.Unique ChallengesUnpredictable weather conditions and out-of-town work, including long-distance travel, such as working in other provinces.This position offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to be part of a growing sector in the construction industry and to develop and expand their skills in steel construction.
