Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities and manage the workforce to ensure optimal productivity. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, adjusting as necessary to maintain timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records of progress and compliance. Manage budgets and control costs, ensuring that projects remain financially viable. Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Manager, with at least 5 years in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
