Site Manager- Fuel Station And Shop

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager with a strong personality to oversee the operations of their new fuel station (Retail and Wholesale), forecourt, and a fast-food service, based in Wellington (Boland Western Cape). The ideal candidates will be adept at identifying and addressing issues promptly, be deadline-driven, and capable of multitasking effectively.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the fuel station and forecourt.Oversee the fast-food service.Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels.Train and supervise staff.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Provide regular feedback to Head Office.Handle wages, shifts, and other HR duties.Maintain high standards of customer service.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in the fuel and FMCG industry.Diploma or Degree in Management of Finances would be beneficial.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to undergo training on in-house programs.Valid driver's license.Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office, OneDrive, and Google applications.Strong time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines are essential.Desired SkillsExcellent customer serviceStrong communication skillsStrong leadershipDesired Work Experience5 to 10 yearsDesired Qualification LevelDegreeAbout The EmployerOur client is based in Wellington, in the Boland, and is a medium-sized civil construction company.
