Siloam Springs - Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Valhalla Management is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Siloam Springs Area.
This position will be centered around daily maintenance work orders, scheduled preventative maintenance, and grounds keeping. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Landscaping and grounds maintenanceMaintaining equipment and maintenance inventoryOrdering maintenance suppliesOn-Call responsibilitiesQualifications include, but are not limited to:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsMust have basic maintenance toolsClear criminal background requiredReliable transportation and clear driving recordAbility to read online work orders and communication from supervisor and/or managementStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptionsAbility to walk distances, lift appliances, and climb stairsFull Time, Monday-Friday and On-call. Salary: $15 - $18 hourly, depending on experience and skills.
