Job Description:The incumbents responsibility will be: To the manage and mentor the Engineers in Training (EIT) engineering graduate programme for Sibanye-Stillwater which includes external students (MQA & outside companies), to equip them in order to obtain their Government Certificate of Competence by coaching, mentoring and facilitating experiential and short course interventions as required by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE).
