A leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is seeking a Showroom Manager for its upmarket showroom in Cape Town.
Responsibilities: Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.Maintain showroom operations.Manage showroom staff and maintain employee motivation and performance.Job Requirements: National Senior Certificate.Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing (advantageous).Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment.Minimum 2 years of people management experience.Ideal Candidate: Strong interest in the décor field.Outgoing, dynamic, and driven.Highly motivated, loyal, and committed.Strong leadership skills.Strong admin skills.Highly sales-driven with a can-do attitude.Benefits: The role offers a basic salary with commission, participation in the company sales incentive scheme, and company benefits.
