Let's see what it takes What you will do: Monitor orders received through our various sales platforms Manual fulfillment of particular orders as appropriate Liaise with Logistics department where required for shipping, or shipment information Check and curate across all websites/webshops to ensure accuracy in stocks for sale and available products Processing staff, partner and direct sales orders Daily support tasks for Sales Operations Manager as advised Carry out responsibilities in line with team training and policy What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) Experience in a similar role (high volume, fast-moving, automated sales order administration) Sales-savvy, experienced in administrative office work, and excellent interdepartmental and client communication A service-driven attitude towards all work – ensuring we provide the best service possible, as quickly as possible, to all customers Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus: Shopify/NetSuite or similar systems experience Good MS Office skills especially Excel Good Google Suite/Workplace knowledge Benefits and Perks: Flexible schedule Opportunity to work fully remote Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends Paid intensive training and probation Work-life balance Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development Who we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
