Sales Administrator

Minimum Requirements:- At least 2-years office administration experience or relevant role.- Tertiary education compulsory- Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Excellent organizational / multitasking and Time Management skills- Have good verbal (English& Afrikaans) and written communication skills.- Be able to work under pressure.- Highly detail orientated.- Dedicated, Reliable & TrustworthyTasks:Support for Sales Teams and their Daily requirements.Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails/ letters/ office deliveries/ packages etc.Co-ordination of team meetings and all information required for the purposeConsolidate daily feedback required from all team members and submit completed Checklists timeously.Managing teams Travel arrangements.Team claims, leave forms and personal files updates to be done weekly.Assistance with trade shows, store visits and promotional events (as and when required only)Operating of the Cape town Office & factory Shop.
