Short Term Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven and experienced Short Term Broker to join our growing team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and servicing short-term insurance clients. They will play a vital role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and providing expert insurance advice and solutions.
Key Responsibility

Achieve monthly sales targets by selling insurance plans to new and existing clients.
Develop effective marketing strategies and utilize networking and cold calling to identify opportunities.
Tailor insurance plans to meet clients' specific needs through needs analysis.
Obtain quotes from multiple insurance providers and provide clients with solid advice.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products.
Manage client relationships from lead to policy activation and handle renewals.
Ensure compliance documentation is completed.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and report activities to management.

Minimum Requirements:

Matriculation certificate
RE5 certification
NQF4 or NQF5 qualification with at least 120 credits
Class of business certificates for personal and commercial lines
Proven experience in handling personal and commercial lines
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
