What You Will Do This professional will work within the Shopper Team and will be responsible for gathering data and building an understanding of how shoppers shop across different categories in different channels. These insights will be used to identify and implement channel and customer-specific point of purchase strategies, plans, and execution for specific brands. Furthermore, this individual will support shopper initiatives and purchase order management.
This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities Data collection across all brands:Data collection from external sourcesDevelop an understanding of how shoppers shop the category and use this to identify strategic opportunities for Kenvue brands and category growthProviding insights into customer needs, shopper behavior, and purchase driversIn-store activity for selected brands:Design, develop, and implement brand-specific point of purchase material/trade activities along the path to purchaseCoordinate and execute shopper campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholdersPurchase Order Management across all brands:Ensure all vendors receive their purchase orders in timeManage any payment discrepanciesWork with Shopper Managers to ensure accruals are completed in timeCategory initiatives:Work closely with Sales and marketing teams to deliver category initiativesBuild compelling stories to drive internal initiatives and category solutions with retailersWhat We Are Looking For Required Qualifications A B. Comm/ B.
