They keep records concerning what types of materials have been recovered and oversee technicians and other workers who participate in collecting, sorting, documenting, or transporting recyclable goods.
They are also involved in training these staff members and communicate directly with clients to assess their recycling needs and arrange for recyclable goods to be picked up from them.
