QualificationsThe Shift Supervisor will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the effective supervision of Team Leaders and Washline Attendants. This role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the FSM facility.Qualifications & ExperienceCertificate with Mathematics and Science.N3 in Water & Wastewater Treatment.3 years of relevant experience supervising staff and performing maintenance tasks.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience in safely handling chemicals, making dilutions, and managing stock.Strong numerical skills for accurate record-keeping and report generation.Must reside within the nearby community.Medically fit and able to pass a medical fitness and drug test.Willingness to adhere to instructions and maintain a high standard of work ethic.
