Job Advert SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for the daily execution of the Stock Management Process to ensure reconciliation between stock documentation, physical stock & system accuracy, as well to manage the staff on the shift, and he/she will liaise with the logistics planning.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidaysComputer literacy: Excel (Syspro & Translution will be advantageous)Attention to detailAccuracy of dataGood verbal and written communication skills.Supervisory skillsGood health as he/she will be working in a cold environmentProduct knowledgeDuties and ResponsibilitiesProcessing of purchase ordersReceiving of deliveriesMonthly Stock Take & reconciliation of stockReconciling delivery notes with purchase ordersOrganising stock on the shelvesPlacing of stock in designated areas for ongoing projectsDaily execution of the stock management processManaging of staffManaging the loading of orders onto trucksLiaise with the Logistics Planning process for the loading/off-loading of trucks at the Cold Room
