Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor for mining supervises and coordinates shifts, plans and allocates daily tasks to staff.
Ensures availability of the required resources and resolve problems when required.
Communicates with service departments to attend to mobile equipment, dewatering pumps and the crushing plants.
Continuous engagement with loading and hauling contractor to ensure that limestone quality is in spec.
Ensures that all key required results' records are kept safely and administer required reports.
Also executes delegated work from the Quarry manager.
