Shift Manager Ref: 3614

NDC Personnel & Contractors is looking for a Shift Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer based in the Western Cape.
To be successful, you'll need a Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Business Studies) plus at least 5 years' progressive food manufacturing experience alongside 2 years' experience in a more senior role.
In this role your responsibilities will include contributing to annual budget targets, managing departmental expenditure, optimising team members, and fostering a safe working environment.
You'll deliver regular reports to management, shape the departmental culture, and develop and maintain customer relationships.
