Shift Manager – Phillipi – Western Cape Candidates will work on a roster that includes weekend & public holidays, shifts are 12 hours long, and can be day or night.Minimum RequirementsMust have tertiary qualification – minimum NQF 6Minimum 5-10 years' exp. in Operations (Security, cleaning, warehouse)Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Management /Supervisory rolesExperienced in Employee relations (Chairing hearings, issuing warnings)Salary offer: R25K – R30K (Dependant on experience) – No benefits, no guaranteed bonus.
