Homecare/Powders Manufacturing JOB PURPOSE Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. If you are someone who coordinates the team activities to achieve plant safety, quality and production goals. Facilitates teamwork and helps build an effective work relationship with other shifts. Supports members in team coordinator roles, helps resolve operational and personnel issues, supports the training certification process and resolves staffing resource issues. Manage daily production issues, line efficiency improvements, communicating and enforcing policy and procedural compliance and assuring effective use of temporary workforce then this role is just for you!
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Process / Operation, Start Up / Shutdown Procedure and Oversees the safe and efficient start-up and shutdown of the factoryMaterial Availability: Ensures the upstream Batch System (Storage tanks etc.) is set-up with correct ingredients and quantity to meet the production planOperation: Ensures that machinery and equipment in area of responsibility is operated, maintained and changed over efficiently as per SOPEngineering: Drives development of operators to perform autonomous maintenance and inspection tasks equipment as per schedule including minor maintenance (i.e. replacing belts, chains, hoses, covers, knives etcProblem Solving and Decision Making, Manage SHE, Quality, Administration, and Leadership and RelationshipsExperiences & Qualifications Completed National Diploma Engineering OR Operations Management OR equivalent3 years relevant Management/ Supervisor experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing environmentSolid leadership, management and development experience of large teamsWorking knowledge of WCM principles (AM and Problem Solving Skills)Working knowledge of OHS act and lockout proceduresWorking Knowledge of PC Skills and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CRQS, SAP, QM, RS Batch, SCADA etcSkills Communication and presentation skillsProblem Solving Time Management and OrganizationBasic appreciation in specific plant engineering skillsA Unilever é uma organização comprometida com equidade, inclusão e diversidade para impulsionar nossos resultados de negócios e criar um futuro melhor, a cada dia, para nossos diversos funcionários, consumidores globais, parceiros e comunidades.
