Our client is looking for a SHERQ Manager to lead the implementation of their safety, health, environment, risk and quality strategies across multiple operational sites.

Responsibilities: Implement and monitor SHERQ Management Systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvementDrive safety performance metrics and manage SHERQ programs to align with company objectivesMaintain ISO accreditations and ensure compliance with SHERQ-related legislationIdentify risks, prevent incidents, and develop occupational wellness programs to ensure zero harmMentor and develop SHERQ Officers and employees, embedding a culture of safety and continuous improvementRequirements: Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering / Chemistry / Safety or equivalent5+ Years of SHERQ management experience in a mining/explosives environmentExpertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001Process Safety Certificate requiredEE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
