Job Title: SHEQ ManagerReference: JHB000955-VM-1Location: Germiston, Industries WestWell-known manufacturer and supplier of metal products is seeking a SHEQ Manager. Working experience MUST include metal forging, press, furnace, or foundry experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the industrial product-manufacturing factory.Apply knowledge and experience relating to QA in hot working, forging, and pressing of steel products to ensure adherence to company manufacturing standards.Review manufacturing processes, identify, and improve QA activities to prevent defects.Establish a clearly defined QMS that is understandable and can be applied by all production staff.Set up and maintain QA control and documentation systems; analyze product and process performance data.Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes, and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with SANAS standards.Health & Safety FunctionsApply the basic requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85/1993.Maintain a safe work environment for all workers.Develop and implement SHE plans and standards aligned with business strategies and objectives.Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and company standards throughout all operations.Investigate, develop, and improve existing SHE standards, systems, and procedures.Provide professional input and support to manufacturing operations regarding all incidents.Minimum RequirementsMatric.National Diploma in Quality Management or higher.3-5 years SHE process experience within the manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of raw materials and moulding equipment.ISO specialist working knowledge.Package & RemunerationMonthly plus Basic salary, medical aid, provident fund, bonus.
