The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SHEQ management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee SHEQ policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Oversee the quality systems and waste managementConduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.Lead and coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Provide training and support to employees on SHEQ-related topics.Monitor and report on key SHEQ performance indicators.Collaborate with management and other departments to integrate SHEQ practices into daily operations.Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.We require a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SHEQ programs.Strong understanding of relevant legislation and standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.There will be some travel involvedFor more information, please send your cv to ******
