Settlement & Reconciliation Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

Checking and clearing Microsoft Azure mailbox for valid refund requests/documentation
Collating relevant information for submission of refund requests
Submission of refund requests & updating of refunds log sheet
Liaising with Bash Support; investigations and bank account verifications
Processing of SAP journals & clearing entries in SAP
Back-up for store refunds process via Synergy

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric
2 years' experience in a finance/admin environment
Have reconciliation experience - essential
SAP experience - essential
