JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable transport.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Working knowledge on Xero or Pastel packages.
Previous working experience as a Bookkeeper.
Previous experience in a bookkeeper position is essential.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting.
Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reports.
Overall participation and very hands-on with operations.
Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind.
Financial reporting.
Full accounts payable and receivable function.
Handling subsidiary accounts.
Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance.
Perform secure and confidential banking.
Hands on with key accounts as well as communication with manufacturers.
Person will be required to work every alternative Saturday Sundy mornings.
