Service Technician – Machine ToolsLocation: EdenvaleSalary: R28 000 – R30 000CTCDuties:Assist Services team with Installations, Services and Repairs on customer machinesFault FindingIdentifying and ensuring that parts and consumables are ordered for clientsLiaising with sales on new opportunitiesAccurate reporting to management and completion of Job cards for billingHousekeeping and general maintenance.Minimum Requirements:Qualified Millwright3-5 years' experience working on CNC machines eg:Conventional Milling and Lathe machine.Press brake and Shear and Rollers.Saw, Presses and Wire cuttersPlasma and LaserCNC lathe, vertical and horizontal.Experience in Delem, Cybelec, Fanuc, Siemens, CypcutMust have a valid Drivers licence and reliable transport.Computer skills – Microsoft SuitStrong interpersonal and communication sillsFluent in EnglishAbility to travel locally and internationally.Must be willing to work Overtime when required.Forklift Licence and Passport will be Advantageous.Mechanical strong in gearbox repairs, shaft and balls screw and leadscrews replacements, stripping and assemble of mechanical parts, alignments, mechanical parts new installations.Hydraulic experience and repairs.Electrical fault finding and repairs.Engineering knowledge on measuring equipment.Operations and control of conventional, cnc, plasma, laser, machines.Install and commission of new machines.
