Provide service excellence to all internal and external customers, always working within the Company standing instructions and policies to ensure servicing and repair costs are minimized, and customers are consistently delighted with the levels of service and machine uptime.Experience and Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 qualification with Math and Science.Valid driver's license.Experience working to and achieving deadlines on a monthly basis.Duties and Responsibilities:Work within the company framework to consistently achieve above the Company KPIs with total professionalism, ensuring both internal and external customers are delighted with the levels of service.Ensure that all new and used equipment is repaired/serviced and assembled to agreed standards of quality, on time, and at the right cost.Handle all technical problems that arise in the field/workshops, working directly with various manufacturers to ensure technical issues are resolved promptly.Carry out all field product improvements or updates as published by the various manufacturers from time to time.Keep accurate time sheets and travel logs.Ensure all "JOBS" are posted received from the Service Controller on the Tom Tom once completed.Submit completed time sheets with WIP numbers, travel logs, and job cards daily via the Magnitude App/Manual process.Identify any accident damage or abuse on any contract machine, obtain photos, and diagnose the "root cause".Maintain a tidy, well-equipped van and toolbox, presenting oneself to the customer as professionally as possible in appearance and conduct.Report any bad driving or abuse to a contract or customer's machine to the Contract Manager and Customer, and his immediate supervisor immediately.Comply with all customers OSHACT requirements when performing work on sites.Participate in good people management by maintaining a formal balanced scorecard and ensuring required performance reviews are conducted twice a year.Maintain health and safety, environmental, and company standards and policies.Follow the company code of conduct and policies.Ensure that risk management policies are always followed and that company assets and personnel are adequately protected.Submit all claims (overtime and Commission) and or standby forms to the Service Controller for processing no later than the 5th of each month.Ensure all quote request forms are completed with part numbers and handed to the Controllers / Contract Managers for processing daily.Ensure all load tests and/or service stickers are updated, and if a load test or service is due, inform the Contract Manager / Controller.Record all battery voltages on the job cards.Record all attachments on the job cards with serial numbers and indicate if it is Cascade or Micron.Record the tire wear percentage, fork wear percentage, and chain wear percentage on the job card.Send photos to the Service Controller / Contract Managers detailing load test dates stickers, last service done sticker, and any abuse/driver negligence or issues that may result in customer abuse or jobs not completed.Ensure all parts received and returns on parts not used from the parts department are documented and signed.
