Job DescriptionService Quality AgentAn exciting vacancy exists at Cape Town International Airport for an experienced Service Quality Agent within the Airport Management division.Key Performance OutputThe successful candidate, reporting to the Operations Service Quality Analyst, will be responsible for the following:Building, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure a stable working environment and the achievement of team objectives.Compiling and submitting various reports.Overseeing work allocated to other departments.Executing the QMS observations in line with process requirements.Executing the end-to-end processing times in line with process requirements.Executing the ASQ (passenger Satisfaction survey) data collection in line with ACI requirements.Coordinating stakeholder survey processes and analysing the survey results.Ensuring adherence to ACSA's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Supporting ad hoc operational projects within set requirements.Highlighting and reporting potential risks.Auditing and validating system information.Providing advice and technical support on assessment systems.Technical Skills And ExperienceThe following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:National Certificate in Service Quality.2 years' relevant operational experience is essential.Basic Microsoft Office.Code B driver's license.Knowledge of Airport Operations.Basic knowledge of relevant legislation.CompetenciesCommunicates well (Verbal and Written).Composed.Diplomatic.Adaptable.Good judgement.Ethical.Plans work.Problem solver.Takes Accountability.Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits, and must be eligible for Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.Positions will be filled in line with Airports Company South Africa values and Employment Equity Policy and Plan.
