Skills and Competencies Computer literate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and focused.
Experience in a call centre environment.
Inbound and Outbound Calls and Email Correspondence Requirements Ability to work US hours - this could be as late as 4am in the morning SA time on any given day of the week.
Minimum of 12 months Customer Care experience within a Contact Centre environment.
Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe.
Excellent telephone and email etiquette, able to communicate with Customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Job Type: Full-time *Salary: up to R6000 basic + 750 attendance bonus + 750 Nightshift allowance + commission based on KPI Ability to commute: Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
