Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet and email connectivity, with a strong focus on routing methodologies. Utilize exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently. Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding and resolution of client issues. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional written and verbal communication. Customer-centric approach with exemplary written and verbal communication abilities. Minimum formal Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent. Bachelor's degree/National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
