Service Desk Engineers Intern: Ict (24 Months Period)

Key Performance Areas: Provide expert technical support for network infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft operating systems, hardware, software, antivirus, and backup systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet and email connectivity, with a strong focus on routing methodologies. Utilize exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently. Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding and resolution of client issues. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional written and verbal communication. Competencies: Some proficiency in network infrastructure technologies, encompassing Microsoft operating systems, hardware, software, antivirus, and backup technologies. Some proficiency in internet and email connectivity methodologies, including routing. Strong technical aptitude with exceptional fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric approach with exemplary written and verbal communication abilities. Minimum formal Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent. Bachelor's degree/National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A+ (CompTIA certification) BENEFITS: Employer offers an all-inclusive remuneration package of R84,000 p.a.
