The successful incumbent will be responsible for scheduling service teams.
Job Specification:
Responsible for scheduling service teams nationally
Generate daily job cards per team
Reschedule any outstanding service calls
Generate weekly KPI reports
Optimize vehicle routing
Compile stock take
Train staff members on Service Master
Responsible for administrating contracts (new and existing)
Schedule vehicle servicing
Reconcile all logbooks
Job Requirements:
Grade 12
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) essential
Certificate in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management will be advantageous
Previous administration experience is essential

Excellent liaison between service teams and clients
Excellent communicator
Ability to plan and organise work for service teams efficiently
Customer service orientated
Ability to be flexible
