You will remain as an active candidate on our database and we will update you on progress on a monthly basis.Key PurposeDealing with all queries related to Chronics and HIV.Areas of ResponsibilityTaking calls and dealing with Discovery queries;Dealing with queries from franchises, brokers & the public;Dealing with all queries related to Chronics and HIV;Dealing with all queries through to resolution;Admin functions;Policy changes to the product;Working on Discovery Systems;Assisting with escalated queries from brokers and franchises.Personal Attributes and SkillsSelf-motivated and pro-active;Team player;Assertiveness and adaptability to change;Able to prioritize and work under pressure;Very organized, positive, and service-oriented;Professional at all times;Sensitive.Education and ExperienceMinimum 50% in English, Maths / Maths Literacy or Accounting;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;MS Office and PC literate.Employment EquityThe Company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
