Communications OfficerOur well-established client in Hillcrest is looking for a Communications Officer working from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:30 pm.
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for renewal based on performance.Requirements:3-5 years experience in a public relations or corporate communications roleProficiency in FreshDesk or similar customer service management softwareExcellent emotional intelligence and the ability to approach customer interactions with diplomacy and empathyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational capabilitiesPriority managementRole Overview:As a Communications Officer, you will be a crucial part of the team, responsible for representing the brand and maintaining positive relationships with customers, community, influencers, and organisations.
