Key Outputs Manage costing team and provide administrative support to service operation and achieving customer satisfaction. Resolve internal and external customer queries. Accurately control costing end-to-end processes. SAP/CRM Superuser functions. Co-ordinate with Planning team for WIP management and target execution and effectively control cost center expenses and Work-in-Progress. Achieve a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability. Follow up on debtors' queries and resolve internal and external customer concerns. Ensure Staffing & Safety requirements of team and environment are achieved. Ensure effective communication between team and management. Apply Barloworld-Equipment leadership philosophy. Qualification, Experience and Competencies Appropriate academic background (Grade 12 and an accounting or administration qualification). Leadership Potential able to achieve results utilizing talent in team. Minimum 5 years' experience of costing / administration. Effective self-management and performance ownership. Good analytical skills and accuracy. Good time management. Sound communication skills. Attention to detail.
