Your primary focus will be to improve the organic performance of client properties and identify how best to achieve sales targets through the implementation of SEO solutions. This will be the main factor by which your performance is assessed. You will be required to coordinate with a development team from the beginning of a project to the end, to ensure all necessary SEO-related aspects are implemented correctly. Requirements Relevant degree/diploma and/or SEO certifications Experience: 5 years minimum Proven experience in managing SEO projects In-depth experience with website analytics tools. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO. Experience with SEO management tools. Relevant SEO certifications are advantageous. In-depth knowledge of technical SEO aspects is advantageous. Responsibilities Track, report, and analyse website analytics. Assess and optimise website content to match SEO best practices. Meeting with clients to discuss performance against targets, and propose solutions. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve organic performance for clients. Perform ongoing keyword research and optimisation. Research and implement SEO solutions. Research and analyse competitors and their strategies to help inform direction. Develop and implement link building strategies. Work with software development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Aid in the development of SEO functionality for in-house products. Grow our SEO offering as a function of marketing. Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.
