Senior Travel Designer - Inbounds

*This position is based in either, Johannesburg or Cape TownCandidate requirements: Matric certificate with maths (minimum standard grade or above)Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality4-5 years experience at a senior levelExperience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industryComputer Literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet)Proven English literacyWorking knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating systemGreat product knowledge on Southern & East Africa (Tanzania & Kenya)Personal or educational travel experience requiredExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and oral, in EnglishForeign European language skills advantageousCreative, organized and good communication skillsAbility to work under pressure without compromising accuracyAbility to pace oneself and prioritise demandsTeam worker and ability to interface with various departmentsGood follow up skillsConsistent approach to quality of output, service and result orientatedGood administrator and professional in all dealingsDedicated to customer satisfaction and wanting to "go the extra mile"Self-starter with high energy levels.
