Senior Transaction Advisor

Major Key Responsibilities in the role: • Management of complex multi-faceted transactions • Financial model interpretation • Execute on Project Finance processes (transaction cycle / project timelines) • Client liaison & management / Good people skills • Implementation of fund raising or transaction advisory work • Financial program design and implementation • Screening of potential project information and transactions • Transaction implementation • C&I RE energy program and procurement development support inputs • Specific transaction Financial Close advisory and co-ordination • Specific transaction advisory services during project commissioning • Overall co-ordination of financial TA advisory team, reporting and other deliverable requirements • Report-writing Requirements Minimum Qualification: • B Com / Finance • Or Chartered Accountant • Or MBA /CFA Specific Industry Experience: • Infrastructure Energy Years of Experience: • 10+ in a project finance environment Kindly consider your application unsuccessful should you not be contacted within 7 working days!
