Requirements Qualifications: CA(SA).
10+ years in a project finance environment.
Competencies Due diligence and deal structuring – debt, equity and quasi-equity.
Finance raising.
Corporate finance, valuations, and acquisitions.
Financial modelling.
Strategic business planning, budgeting and appraisal.
Credit and adjudication approval processes.
Procurement processes.
Venture capital.
Restructuring of debt and management of turnarounds.
Fund management.
Private equity.
