Management of complex multi-faceted transactions

Execute on Project Finance processes (transaction cycle / project timelines)
Client liaison & management / Good people skills
Implementation of fund raising or transaction advisory work
Financial program design and implementation
Screening of potential project information and transactions
Transaction implementation
C&I RE energy program and procurement development support inputs
Specific transaction Financial Close advisory and co-ordination
Specific transaction advisory services during project commissioning
Overall co-ordination of financial TA advisory team, reporting and other deliverable requirements
Report-writing

IT Systems:
Advanced Excel knowledge
PowerPoint
Word / reporting writing

Staff Management:
Yes, of internal and external multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to present findings to a client
