We are currently looking for a Senior Traffic Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role is to ensure that our projects are delivered to clients efficiently and on time by allocating the correct resources to every project. The role of the Traffic Manager is to act as the inter-departmental coordinator by regulating and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of work through the company environment, linking all project requirements between research, design, copy, social, web & digital and production.Duties include:Capacity and workload management.Facilitate and help draw up production project timelines.Scheduling, planning and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery.Daily management of projects and timeline delivery.Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables.Reporting on project status, workloads, and client status.Providing timely communication between relevant departments.Analysing and compiling of monthly reports.Attending meetings for status updates on campaigns and projects.Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems.Setup of tasks and capacity tasks within Resource Guru and Asana.Create and maintain project plans.Manage schedules/deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time.Manage the review/checking procedure.Review daily work schedule of resources and manage expectations and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of outputs.Schedule and distribute new projects to the relevant departments as they come in.Schedule production timelines.Maintaining and enhancing our workflow structure.Create new best practice processes and strive to constantly improve planning and procedures.Troubleshoot and communicate any issues with the team and management.To compile and analyse monthly reports that outline capacity and inefficiencies.RequirementsThree or more years' experience in traffic management within agency environment.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Solutions based.Strong planning ability.Thorough understanding of design studio processes.Experience in daily and long-term planning techniques and resourcing across a combination of internal and external teams.Proficiency with traffic management software.Personal Skills/Attributes:Take responsibility and ownership for your work.Able to read a brief and accurately estimate the time it will take to execute.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Proven ability to multi-task while working independently.Have a positive attitude.Confident, impartial personality, highly proactive, calm, organised and an objective thinker.
