Job Summary: As a Senior Technical Engineer at Dekaminas, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure and solutions. You will leverage your extensive experience and technical expertise to lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the strategic direction of our IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable IT systems and solutions that meet business needs and performance requirements.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Project Management: Oversee technical projects from planning through execution, including managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Innovation & Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, system architects, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing complex IT systems and projects.
Technical Skills: Expertise in (list specific technologies, e.g., cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, database management, etc.). Proficiency in programming languages such as (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
