Proficiency in working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Broad industry recruitment experience, including technology, financial services, and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and administrators. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through proactive engagement. Leverage business development skills to expand client base and foster new opportunities. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for candidate sourcing, tracking, and reporting. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all recruitment activities, from job scoping to onboarding.
