Summary: As an HR/Recruitment Administrator, this role offers significant growth opportunities where you'll learn a lot and enjoy being part of the team.
We're looking for a strong candidate to support the team with candidate screening and successful placements.
You should be familiar with the recruitment cycle and have solid HR corporate experience, including onboarding and related processes.Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee records management, and onboarding processes.Proven experience in recruiting for software development, logistics, or agricultural roles would be advantageous.Ability to hit the ground running with high-volume recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders.Education: Preferably a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.Ready to grow ?
