Qualifications and Skills Required:Matric plus Bachelor's degree/Diploma or Advanced qualifications in Information Technology/Computer ScienceBusiness Analysis CertificationTOGAF certificationJAD Session Facilitation qualificationExperienced in running Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for requirement gathering, a methodology that involves the client and/or end user in the design and development of a software application through a succession of collaborative workshops called JAD sessionsAbility to conduct user requirements gathering sessions with different line function managers and translate the requirements into functional specifications;Familiar with functional design documents and how they translate to system functionality; Have good documentation skills and ability to complete the following documentation: functional design, detailed design, database design, technical architecture design, test scripts and testing procedures and user training manuals;Draw business processes using tools such as Microsoft Visio;Engage in formal and informal knowledge transfer;Lead a team and manage project delivery;Application development/programming experience on a Microsoft platform Must have skills and experience in designing and implementing IT solutions. Roles and Responsibilities:Run JAD session with all key business stakeholders.Assess the relevance and value-add of the respective systems and recommend new solutions and approaches where necessary;Liaising extensively with stakeholders (systems and process owners) in the line functionAnalyzing existing systems and business models;Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy systems and new system design processesTranslating client requirements into specified project briefs;Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;Presenting proposals to clients;Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
