The incumbent will be required to have strong system integration experience with a focus on business skills and be responsible for consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Review business requirements to understand the business and stakeholder expectations.Revise architectural documentation to understand the solution landscape within the technical architecture.Write and review recommendations based on verified and validated requirements.Write, review, and present solution documentation.Implement continuous improvement strategies and best practices.Write, review, and present epic, feature, user stories, business processes, and process flows.Write, review, and present project documentation including (but not limited to) Functional Design Specification, Recommendation Documentation, Detail Design Documentation, API Documentation. Strong modeling skills required with great attention to detail.Good understanding of the business capability/user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes.Analyze SOAP and REST service specifications.Create REST Swaggers.Test developed solutions.Knowledge of HP Quality Centre to manage and monitor defects.Exhibit professional conduct at client sites, developing professional relationships with key stakeholders.Experience in Agile software development environments and methods, e.g., Scrum and Kanban.User and technical acceptance test design, execution, and validation.Technical planning experience with development teams and overseeing delivery.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferably have a software development background.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and modeling tools (draw.io, Enterprise Architecture, etc.).Coordinate activities with the development team and other teams regarding interfaces.Conduct functional specification walkthroughs with developers and monitor development progress to meet deadlines.Facilitate client walkthroughs, JAD sessions, and sign-off of Functional Specifications with business owners to ensure business requirements have been met.Skills:Agile methodologyWaterfall methodologyTechnical MappingAPI integrationSelf-starterStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environment.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.A total of at least six years of relevant work experience, with at least two or more years in supporting successful delivery in Business Analysis (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations, including support transition.Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
