Lead Developer

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to lead our development team in creating scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Design software solutions that align with best practices and business goals.Oversee the development process, guiding the team in using modern web technologies and frameworks.Design and implement robust APIs, facilitating efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.Leverage front-end and back-end frameworks to develop scalable applications.Utilize cloud platforms to deploy and manage applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.Enforce security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior developers.Requirements:At least 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.Proven experience in architectural design, particularly with modern web technologies and API integration.Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Spring.Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, as well as microservices architecture.About iOCO:We solve complex real-world problems with innovative software solutions.
