Senior Surveyor - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their mining team based in the Western Cape.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to provide accurate measurements and data for the mine.
Responsibilities Operate survey equipment for accurate measurements Map work area within mining parameters and plan according to mining plan Conduct surveys as planned, report results promptly, and recommend corrective actions Communicate with client representatives to establish professional relationships Ensure survey activities comply with Safety and Quality standards Implement quality control systems for layout delivery Schedule resources for survey work output plans Review mine surveying practices and mining operations continuously Compile and present production survey reports to management Perform daily measurements and reporting as per contract and managerial instructions Negotiate with client to agree on final monthly survey report for certificate purposes Requirements Grade 12 National Diploma in Mine Surveying or related field.
Legal Knowledge - Mine Surveyors GCC Management Development Programme (MDP) 7 years' experience in surveying, in the mining industry.
