Skills Required Experienced in running Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for requirement gathering a methodology that involves the client and/or end user in the design and development of a software application through a succession of collaborative workshops called JAD sessions. Ability to conduct user requirements gathering sessions with different line function managers and translate the requirements into functional specifications. Have familiarity with functional design documents and how they translate to system functionality. Have qualification and experience in application development frameworks and methodologies. Have good documentation skills and ability to complete the following documentation: functional design, detailed design, database design, technical architecture design, test scripts and testing procedures and user training manuals. Have experience in drawing business processes using tools such as Microsoft Visio. Be able to engage in formal and informal knowledge transfer. Be able to lead a team and manage project delivery. Have application development/programming experience on a Microsoft platform and using same tools as indicated below. Have ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written form. Have ability and show willingness to engage in formal and informal knowledge transfer. Have deep skills and experience in designing and implementing IT solutions. Business systems analysis and/or design. Application of system development methodologies. User requirement gathering sessions and development of the appropriate design documents (e.g. functional, detailed and/or database design). Experience in business analysis, business process management and/or business process engineering. Proven experience of facilitation. SDLC and system development methodologies such as waterfall, Rational Unified Process (RUP), agile, scrum and understanding of DevOps CI/CD processes and tools. Business Analytic Skills, business analysis methodology, assist with project requirements planning, process and Business Requirements specification documentation capability maps development skills. Strong business process modeling (BPMN) and management skills. Skills to enable technology of core capabilities and value streams. Skills to analyze operating and business models.
